Terms of Service

Sage Essence provides non-toxic residential cleaning in Austin, Texas. Service details, rooms, and add-ons are selected at the time of booking.

When you book, you choose a preferred date and time. We will confirm with you before the visit. Time slots are subject to availability. You can reschedule using the link provided in your confirmation.

The price shown at booking is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you select and the time we estimate for your home. Texas sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is due in full when you book, through our secure checkout. If we take your booking without online payment, we send you a secure payment link instead. If a clean runs longer due to the home's condition, extra time is billed at $30 per half hour ($60 per hour) and charged to the card on file.

Only one discount or promotional code may be applied per booking, and discounts cannot be combined. Referral and welcome offers are valid on a first cleaning for new customers only.

You can cancel or move your cleaning free of charge up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time, using the link in your confirmation email.

Cancelling or moving a cleaning within 24 hours of its scheduled start time carries a $50 late change fee, charged to the card on file. The fee applies only inside that window, and we show you a notice before you confirm the change.

Program name: Sage Essence Booking Notifications, operated by Sage Essence LLC.

What you receive: customer care text messages about the cleanings you book with us: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, a message when our team is on the way, rescheduling and service updates, replies to questions you send us, and a secure link to view or pay your invoice for a completed cleaning.

How you opt in:by checking the optional, unchecked box "I agree to receive text messages" in the Your details step of our booking form at thesageessence.com/booking. The opt-in step is shown at thesageessence.com/sms-opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency: Message frequency varies; usually 2 to 5 messages per scheduled cleaning.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further text messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If something covered by your clean is not right, tell us within 24 hours of the end of your visit and we will come back to re-clean that specific area at no charge. The guarantee is a re-clean; we do not give cash refunds for cleaning already done. After 24 hours, further cleaning is a new booking.

We take care in every home we clean. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Please secure valuables and let us know of anything that needs special care.
