Text messages from Sage Essence
Sage Essence LLC, a house cleaning company in Austin, Texas, sends customer care text messages about the cleanings people book with us: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, a message when our team is on the way, and rescheduling updates. Customers only receive these texts if they opt in.
Where customers opt in
Consent is collected in step 4, “Your details”, of our online booking form at thesageessence.com/booking. Below the phone number field there is an optional checkbox. It is unchecked by default, and a customer can complete the booking without checking it. This is the opt-in step as it appears in the form:

We use your phone number to contact you about your booking. Text messages are sent only if you check the box above. The box is never pre-checked.
Program details
- Program name: Sage Essence Booking Notifications, operated by Sage Essence LLC.
- Messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, alerts when your cleaner is on the way, and a secure link to view or pay your invoice for a completed cleaning. No marketing messages are sent through this program.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies; usually 2 to 5 messages per scheduled cleaning.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP, call (512) 838-3469 or email hello@thesageessence.com.
- Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
