What is included in each Sage Essence clean
Sage Essence LLC offers three services in Austin, TX: a recurring General Clean, a Deep Clean and a Move-Out Clean. Every visit uses plant-based, fragrance-free products, hypochlorous acid for sanitizing and HEPA-filtered vacuums. Below is the published scope of work for each one, exactly as our team works it, plus what is not included and what can be added.

General Clean
Keeps your home consistently clean and sanitized, focused on the high-traffic areas you use every day.
- High-reach dusting: cobwebs, top of fridge, ceiling fan and vents
- Counters and backsplashes wiped and steam-cleaned
- Sink scrubbed and sanitized, faucet polished
- Microwave cleaned inside and out
- Exteriors of toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator wiped

Deep Clean
A detailed, top-to-bottom service that removes hidden grime and restores the surfaces everyday cleaning does not reach.
- Everything in the General Clean, plus:
- Cabinet and drawer faces wiped
- Stovetop and vent hood filters heavily degreased
- Refrigerator exterior, stainless steel and wood polished
- Dishwasher exterior wiped down
- Shower grout and floor tiles scrubbed, targeted
- Hard-water buildup removed from showerheads and faucets
- Exhaust fan vent covers dusted and wiped
- Light fixtures, door frames and knobs hand-wiped
- Light switches and door handles sanitized
- Baseboards detail-dusted
- Interior window glass cleaned, window tracks excluded
- Window blinds dusted and hand-wiped
- Light dusting of TVs and electronics, no chemicals
Move-Out Clean
Our most thorough service, for an empty home: every surface and detail, plus the insides of cabinets, appliances and closets.
- Everything in the Deep Clean, plus:
- Inside every cabinet and drawer, vacuumed then wiped
- Inside the oven, racks and storage drawer
- Inside the refrigerator, shelves, drawers and door seals
- Pantry, all shelves and floor
- Baseboards detail-dusted and hand-wiped
- Window blinds dusted and hand-wiped
- Inside all closets, shelves and hanging rods
- Doors spot-cleaned
- Edge-to-edge HEPA vacuuming, including inside closets
- Hard floors steam deep-cleaned and mopped edge to edge
- Final polish, every mirror and fixture left streak-free
Add-ons you can choose when you book
Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and inside the dishwasher. So the team can start right away, we kindly ask that you empty these areas the day before your appointment. On a Move-Out Clean, the insides of cabinets, the oven and the refrigerator are already included.
Not included in any service
Wall washing, washing dishes, loading or unloading the dishwasher, and moving furniture or appliances over 25 lbs. To clean under or behind the refrigerator or oven, please have it pulled out before we arrive. A Move-Out Clean also excludes removal of left-behind furniture or trash, exterior power washing and carpet steam cleaning.
